ORDERING METHODS
You have a choice of ordering methods:
  • Online - using our online catalogue and shopping system. Go to kit catalogue now for online ordering.
  • Facsimile/Mail order - By downloading, completing and then faxing or mailing the order form available by clicking button below.

  • Phone - Speak to us directly or leave a message quoting order details, name, address, phone number and credit card details.

SECURITY OF ORDERS
When you order online using your credit card, the data is automatically encrypted when your order is sent after clicking the "submit order" button.

This encrypted data is transmitted to us via our internet service provider.

We then decrypt the order using our in-house software system. Your decrypted order is then printed out and processed. No credit card details are stored on our site or server.

Credit card payments are processed upon despatch of goods.
PRICES
The prices listed are in Australian dollars.
(They do not include postage and handling)

We accept Visa/Mastercard, cheques and money orders in Australian dollars. Payment by cheques in other currencies can be made by arrangement.

Payment is made with order - when paying by cheque or money order, please include the postage as calculated from postage and handling rates table.

CURRENCY CONVERSION
As all prices are listed in AUstralian dollars, you may wish to get an indication of what your order will cost in your national currency. The currency converter is available at final checkout and can also be accessed by clicking here.

Please note that as your credit card is processed on the date of actual despatch of the goods, the rate may have varied slightly according to any interim currency fluctuations and also the actual exchange rate that is employed by your credit card provider.

(Please add postage and any insurance amounts to the Australian dollar total, before converting in order to calculate more accurately the foreign currency amount)

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Unless otherwise requested, all international orders are shipped via Air-mail. International delivery time is usually 10 to 14 days from date of despatch.
Minimum charge - For all international orders, a minimum postage and handling charge is applied to each order.

POLICY ON DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If you receive any product with a damaged component or with a missing part, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement part.

These products are not toys. They contain lead and include small parts which may be harmful if chewed or swallowed.
